1. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item clears our quality check.
Customized or special-order products are not eligible for return or refund.
In case of a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of confirmation.
Delivery within India usually takes 5–10 working days depending on location.
International orders may take 10–20 business days, subject to customs clearance.
Tracking details are shared by SMS/Email once the order is shipped.
